The Eureka Search is the newest IDX upgrade from our IDX partern iHomefinder. This document covers all features and how to use this upgrade.

Important: the Eureka search is a paid upgrade for customers with the PRO package. It is included for Ultimate Package Customers. Both the polygon map feature and iHomeFinder Marketboost are included.
Improved IDX Search:
The Eureka search combines an interactive map with IDX listings populating on the right side. Search parameter now appear alongside the city and zipcode search. Each propety tile is clickable and it will redirect to a page with full proprety information. The map will center on a location based an address in the IDX control panel. 
Black Arrow: The IDX Search Bar.
Blue Arrow: Search Parameters.
Red Arrow: IDX Listing (They are clickable).
Note: EAP iHomeFinder IDX templates are not compatible with the Eureka Search.
CRM Features:
The Eureka search comes with a drip campaign functionality that is found under the Communicaions tab and CRM statistics are found under the Reports tab.

Black Arrow: New drip campaign creation
Red Arrow: Set up automations that automatically assign leads to drip campaigns from outside leadsources.
Blue Arrow: General email settings.
The Reports dasboard is displayed below: 
Red Arrow: Stats on how many emails are send out and recieved.
Blue Arrow: Tracks the IDX activity of all leads in the IDX Control Panel.
Green Arrow: Manage follow up settings for leads.
Purple arrow: Stats for mobile specific devices.
