Templates
- From Templates you can choose a template. Some templates have a headshot with agent info, others have logo branding, some have both, and some have none. Select the one that fits your MLS/brokerage compliance criteria.
-
Once you select a template, it will show as Active on the templates page. You can click on the View My Page button to see your active page at any point from the template page.
Settings
Scroll to the top of the page and click on the Settings tab to start customizing your CMA page.
- Main Title is going to be your largest text on the page. You can personalize it with the name of your area, or you can get really creative with it!
- Subtitle is going to be the text just underneath the Main Title on most templates.
- Button Text is the text that appears on the button on some of the templates. A nice call to action is appropriate to include on the button text.
- Call To Action is the third line of text on some templates. Use a well crafted call to action, or provide more information to your lead, like when they might expect a response!
- After a lead fills out all of the required fields for the CMA, the Success Message will display until the page is redirected. Your message should be short and concise, letting your lead know you will reply to them shortly.
- The URL SLUG is where your page lives on your site. By default it is "yourdomain.com/home-report" with "home-report" being your slug link. If you choose to change your slug link, make sure it does not conflict with any other slug links on your site. For example, "home-value-analysis" is the default slug link for our legacy HVA Squeeze.
- The Success Page is the page your lead will be redirected to after they have completed the CMA. A seller guide or thank you page would be a great choice here! But your homepage will work as well.
- Connect a Path to your CMA page by pressing the Paths button on the left. Choose the Path you would like to connect from the list and then Save.
-
In your Legal Settings, you have the option of changing your Terms of Use Link Text and the slug link for the desired linked page. By default, it has the text "Terms of Use" with the slug link "/privacy-policy"
You also have the option of changing the Privacy Policy Link Text and the slug link. By default, it has the text "Privacy Policy" with the slug link "/privacy-policy"
- In the SEO Settings, you can set your SEO Title and Description so you can optimize your SEO to hopefully generate organic traffic from your CMA page.
