Are you using Follow Up Boss as a partner CRM integration? If so, you can control the saved searches/saved properties for your user right from your Follow Up Boss dashboard, allowing you and your agents to streamline adding adding e-alerts for your database.
Here is how to set this up:
- Login to your Follow Up Boss Dashboard, and in the Admin Section click on the Integrations Tab
- Scroll down to the Embedded Apps"section and click the link to "Create an embedded app" and give your app a name, something like "Easy Agent PRO IDX Widget"
- Enter in your Easy Agent PRO website URL into the "URL" section on the bottom with the suffix /api/followupboss/ and Save App.
ie: If your URL ishttps://easyagentpro.com/
, you would enterhttps://easyagentpro.com/api/followupboss/
- Copy your "Secret Key" from the Embedded App in Follow Up Boss, and copy this into your CRM Settings Section for Integrations:
- Back in Follow Up Boss Dashboard Admin Section, click on the Integrations Tab and scroll down to the Embedded Apps section and open the app you created and enable it.
Done! Now you can enter a leads details page in Follow Up Boss and add them to a saved search to receive email alerts right from your Follow Up Boss dashboard!
