A good online presence is essential in today's business world, and your LeadSite provides the tools to help clients find and follow you on all of your social platforms.

You will find the Social app near the bottom of your dashboard's Apps tab in the Promotion section:

Once you're in the Social app you will find the following navigation options:

Templates

Here you can choose which design you want to use for your Social Sharebar buttons.

Settings

• Social Profiles: Add links to each of your social media pages by copying and pasting the URL into each of the corresponding sections. Links to these URLs will be automatically placed throughout your LeadSite, such as your Footer, Contact Page, and some Header and Homepage templates.
  
  Toggle each switch on to enable links to the URL provided in the text box, or toggle the switch off to disable any links you don't want displayed. Check ☑ the box below the URLs if you want these links to open in a new browser tab, and uncheck ☐ the box if you want these links to open in the same tab.
  • (NOTE: If a switch is toggled on with the text box left blank, links will appear on your LeadSite, but they will be inactive.)
    
    
• Display Options: Control how your Social Sharebar is displayed on your LeadSite. The Sharebar provides a quick and easy way for visitors to your site to share pages from your site to their own social media.
  
  
  • Show on Mobile: Toggle this switch on or off to enable or disable the Sharebar on mobile devices.
    • NOTE: We highly recommend you keep this setting off. Every mobile web browser has built in sharing functionality.
       
  • Social Share Location: Select ⦿ where you want your Sharebar displayed on your LeadSite: Left, Right, Bottom, or select Off to disable the Sharebar entirely.
    • NOTE: This setting affects desktop view only. Share icons will be displayed at the bottom of mobile web browsers automatically to avoid covering up important information.
      
      
• Active Networks: Toggle each switch on to enable share buttons for that social media platform on the Social Sharebar, or toggle the switch off to disable any social media you don't want your visitors to share to.
  

FAQ

• Why am I not seeing any IDX Suggested Posts?
  Usually, this is because you have not saved a shortcode or there are no listings in the parameters of the shortcode you've saved. You will need to go to IDX Listings under the AutoPost Settings and add a new IDX shortcode.
  
  
• Why did my post get sent out later than when I scheduled it?
  Social posting runs approximately every 15 minutes. Your post will be sent out within 15 minutes of the time you have scheduled. If your post has not been shared after 15 minutes from the scheduled time, check your AutoPost Queue, Schedule, and Settings, then contact us at support@easyagentpro.com so we can look into any possible issues.
  
  
• Why isn't Instagram/YouTube/TikTok/etc. available as an Active Network on the Sharebar?
  Several social media platforms, like the aforementioned, are for the sharing of media, such as images or videos, rather than text or links, and therefore are unable to share pages directly from your LeadSite. To share links on these platforms, copy-paste the page URL into a post, caption, or comment.
