Overview
This guide explains how to update the translation settings in Easy Agent Pro. You can select from currently available Spanish ↔ English and French ↔ English language pairings.
Prerequisites
Access to EAP Settings
A site or app where translation is enabled
Steps
Step 1: Open Translation Settings
From the dashboard, go to Settings.
2. Select Translation from the menu.
Step 2: Select Your Desired Translation Language
In the translation options, review the available pairings:
Spanish ↔ English
French ↔ English
Choose the language pairing you want to enable.
Step 3: Save Changes
Confirm your selection.
Click Save to apply the new translation settings.
Confirmation / Success
Your platform will now reflect the chosen translation pairing. Users will be able to access content in the selected language option.
Notes & Best Practices
Only one translation pairing can be active at a time.
If you need to switch back, repeat the process and choose a different pairing.
Verify translations in the interface by checking a few key sections (e.g., menus, forms).
